Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Entlearn (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization. The Service is provided by Hangzhou Xiaoyuan Future Technology Co., Ltd. (Room 167, Building 1, No. 8 Gaoshun Road, Wuchang Street, Yuhang District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang, 310000).
2. Service Scope
The Service provides video learning enhancement tools, including transcripts/captions, summaries, notes, timestamp annotations, playback features, and learning organization. We may generate learning content or suggestions based on your inputs and usage, but we do not guarantee completeness or accuracy.
3. Use License
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal or internal learning purposes only. You may not sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the Service.
4. Content and Copyright
Entlearn does not host or re-upload video content. Original content accessed from third-party platforms (such as YouTube) remains the property of the respective creators or platforms. Notes, annotations, and learning records you create in the Service ("User Content") remain yours, and you grant us a license to process and store such content solely to provide and improve the Service.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Entlearn to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations or assist others in doing so
- Infringe or circumvent intellectual property or platform rules
- Distribute malware, harmful code, or conduct security attacks
- Attempt unauthorized access to or interfere with our systems or data
7. Subscription and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the current billing period. We use Paddle as our Merchant of Record and payment processor; applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change prices with prior notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or within the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
